Order Cutoff Time: Orders must be placed by 10:30 pm to be processed the next day.
Processing Time: 1-3 working days.
Delivery Time: Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery after processing.

Once you complete your purchase, we will process your order within 1-3 working days. After processing, your order will be handed over to our trusted courier, ensuring delivery within the stated 7-14 working days.

Returns
Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receipt if:
- All original parts, components, and packaging are intact.
- The product shows only normal signs of use. Damage caused by improper handling will not be accepted.
- Hygiene-related products are thoroughly cleaned before returning.
- The product is defective upon receipt.
Conditions and Charges
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and confirmation will be provided if all conditions are met.
- Right to Refuse: Returns may be refused if items are suspected to be used or damaged through no fault of ours.
How to Start a Return

- Reason for the return.
- A photo of the product (if damaged).
- Your first and last name, and address.
- Do not send the item back to the sender. We will provide the correct return address after you contact us.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order. This applies to purchases not intended for commercial or professional purposes.
How to Cancel
- Notify us clearly (e.g., via email) of your decision to cancel.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Details
- Refunds will include payments received and standard shipping costs. Additional costs for non-standard delivery options are not refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice and will be made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Important Notes on Transit
- Orders shipped from Asia may experience delays. If your order is already in transit, cancellations are not possible until the goods are received. Please wait for the delivery before starting a return.
