We apologise for any delays. If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, use your tracking number to check its status. Occasionally, customs or local postal services may cause delays. If your package hasn’t arrived after an additional 3 days, please contact us for assistance.

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.


What is your 30-Day Return & Refund Policy?
We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. From the date you receive your order, you have 30 days to try your items at home. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange them. Contact us within this window to arrange a return or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
